Veranda Hotel
Veranda XF ("the app") is an accounting tool for small hotels and guest houses. It records a property's income from guest stays and its running expenses, and shows the resulting profit. This policy explains what the app stores, where it is stored and who can see it.
The app is not an advertising product. It contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs and no third-party trackers. Data is never sold and never shared with third parties.
To use the app you either create an account or sign in with a PIN issued by your hotel's administrator.
Creating an account stores your email address, a securely hashed password (the password itself is never stored in readable form) and the property name you enter. The email address is used only to identify your account at sign-in; it is not used for marketing and no newsletters are sent.
Each account's records are kept separate. You can only see the income, expenses and guests belonging to your own account.
Guest and stay records entered by you: guest name, phone number, country, check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children, the nightly rate, prepayment and an optional comment.
Expense records entered by you: category, title, amount, date and optional photographs of receipts.
Sign-in state: the session token, your role and the server address are kept on the device so you do not have to sign in again each time.
Records are sent to and stored on the Veranda server (by default veranda-hotel.uz). The app sends data to no other destination. The server address can be changed on the sign-in screen; if you point the app at your own server, your data goes there instead and this policy's storage terms are replaced by that operator's.
All traffic is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
The app asks for camera and photo library access only so that a photograph of a receipt can be attached to an expense. Photos you choose are uploaded and attached to that expense. The app does not read your photo library in the background and does not access photos you have not selected.
Guest names and phone numbers are entered by you as part of your own booking records. They are used only to identify a stay and to fill the form in again for a returning guest. They are not used for marketing and are not shared outside your account.
Deleting a record in the app removes it from the totals and hides it from the lists. Signing out removes the session token from the device.
You can delete your entire account from inside the app: open the menu and choose "Delete account". This permanently removes the account and every income, expense, category and guest record belonging to it. The action cannot be undone.
You may also request deletion by writing to info@veranda-hotel.uz.
The app is a business tool and is not directed at children. The "children" field only records how many children stayed in a room; no information about a child is collected.

Veranda XF («приложение») — инструмент учёта для небольших отелей и гостевых домов. Оно фиксирует доход от проживания гостей и текущие расходы и показывает итоговую прибыль. Здесь описано, что приложение сохраняет, где эти данные хранятся и кто их видит.
Приложение не является рекламным продуктом. В нём нет аналитических и рекламных SDK, нет сторонних трекеров. Данные не продаются и не передаются третьим лицам.
Чтобы пользоваться приложением, вы либо создаёте учётную запись, либо входите по PIN, который выдаёт администратор вашего отеля.
При создании учётной записи сохраняются адрес электронной почты, надёжно захешированный пароль (сам пароль в читаемом виде не хранится) и указанное вами название объекта. Адрес почты используется только для входа; в маркетинге не применяется, рассылки не отправляются.
Записи каждой учётной записи хранятся отдельно. Вы видите только свои доходы, расходы и гостей.
Записи о гостях и проживании, которые вводите вы: имя гостя, номер телефона, страна, даты заезда и выезда, количество взрослых и детей, цена за взрослого, аванс и необязательный комментарий.
Записи о расходах: категория, название, сумма, дата и необязательные фотографии чеков.
Данные входа: токен сессии, роль и адрес сервера хранятся на устройстве, чтобы не входить заново.
Записи отправляются на сервер Veranda (по умолчанию veranda-hotel.uz) и хранятся там. Никуда больше приложение данные не отправляет. Адрес сервера можно изменить на экране входа — тогда данные будут уходить на указанный сервер, и условия хранения определяет его оператор.
Передача выполняется по защищённому соединению HTTPS.
Доступ к камере и галерее запрашивается только для того, чтобы приложить фотографию чека к расходу. Выбранные фотографии загружаются и привязываются к этому расходу. Приложение не читает галерею в фоне и не обращается к фотографиям, которые вы не выбрали.
Имена и телефоны гостей вносите вы в рамках собственного учёта бронирований. Они используются только для идентификации проживания и автозаполнения формы при повторном заезде. В маркетинге не используются и за пределы вашей учётной записи не передаются.
Удаление записи в приложении исключает её из итогов и скрывает из списков. Выход из аккаунта удаляет токен с устройства.
Учётную запись можно удалить прямо в приложении: откройте меню и выберите «Удалить аккаунт». Это безвозвратно удаляет саму запись и все связанные с ней доходы, расходы, категории и данные гостей. Действие необратимо.
Запрос на удаление можно также отправить на info@veranda-hotel.uz.
Приложение — рабочий инструмент и не предназначено для детей. Поле «дети» фиксирует только количество детей в номере; никакие сведения о ребёнке не собираются.
